Defining success.

Phase 1 of the water campus expansion focused on enhancing the existing arsenic treatment system. Work included constructing a 200,000-gallon steel reclaim tank, a day tank booster pump station, recirculation pumps, sludge handling pumps and press, and installing an additional Pureflow arsenic treatment vessel.

The water infrastructure project centered on a 2,500 GPM raw water pump station supplying irrigation water from the Arizona Canal to three golf courses: Cave Creek, Lookout Mountain, and Moon Valley Country Club.

The first phase of infrastructure development for the state of Arizona’s largest master planned community of up to 100,000 homes, consisted of the construction of a new potable water system in the desert outskirts of the Phoenix metropolitan region.

This section of 16-inch water main served to improve system looping and enhance available fire flow to the area of Miller Road and Durango Street to serve an industrial developer.

Located near the northern boundary of Sun City Festival, this 90-foot wide, three span bridge extends 336-feet across the Central Arizona Project Canal and will serve as access into the North Star Ranch master-planned community.
