Connecting communities with lasting infrastructure in Buckeye, AZ.
Located near the northern boundary of Sun City Festival, this 90-foot wide, three span bridge extends 336-feet across the Central Arizona Project Canal and will serve as access into the North Star Ranch master-planned community.
The project included grading of 18-acres of land with drainage improvements, and one-half mile of full street improvements (concrete, paving, streetlights) to continue Canyon Springs Boulevard across the canal, installation of one-half mile of 16-inch water distribution main, and one-half mile of electrical and communication service. Upon completion, the improvements were conveyed to the City of Buckeye in Arizona.
Construction project management services include, but are not limited to:
- Preliminary construction cost estimate for Project funding
- Submittal/RFI/Field Directive review and response
- Production of the Invitation-to-Bid and Bid Instructions
- Bid advertisement and solicitation to satisfy Arizona Revised Statute for public procurement; issuance of notices of award and declaration
- Contractor coordination and scheduling
- Project accounting and invoice approvals
- Field observations and Project reporting
- Final letters of acceptance and conveyance to the City
