Creating a unified campus for students.

Colliers Project Leaders has been engaged to provide project management services for the unification of Tolman Senior High School and Shea Senior High School into one campus for approximately 2,100 students. The integrated high school will offer academic, career and technical education programs. The school will also feature a “marketplace” for community engagement. The new unified high school will eventually be built on the property that used to house McCoy Stadium.

As project manager, Colliers Project Leaders’ responsibilities include, but were not limited to:

  • Project Budget & Financial Reporting
  • Update Project Schedules
  • Value Engineering & Alternate Building Systems
  • Conduct Design Reviews
  • Recommend Contract Provisions
  • Develop the Bidding & Contracting Methodology
  • Coordination of Construction Activities
  • Construction, Commissioning & Owner Meetings
  • Construction Supervision & Quality Control
  • Governmental Approvals
  • Training of Building Users, Operators, & Maintenance Staff
