Colliers Project Leaders has been engaged to provide project management services for the construction of the new Elizabeth Baldwin Elementary School. The new Baldwin building will have 36 classrooms housing Pre-K and Kindergarten through 5th grades and an estimated enrollment of 841 students, the largest in the district.
The existing 65,900 gsf school facility will be demolished. The new building will contain STEAM classrooms, media centers, designated art and music classrooms, special education support spaces, and age-appropriate play structures.
As project manager, Colliers Project Leaders will assist the Owner in coordinating and managing the project from design development through occupancy and provide confirmation that the facility fulfills the functional and performance requirements of the Owner. Our project management and commissioning services include:
- Prepare a final project budget for all categories of work
- Update the master schedule from design through commissioning and turnover of the final phase of construction.
- Review design documents
- Submit to the Owner monthly reports of the progress of the project
- Track and monitor all project-related expenditures
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor the work in progress
- Organize, manage, expedite and monitor punch list and project close out issues after substantial completion of the project
