Vivian brings over 20 years of experience delivering public and private capital projects, with particular expertise in the institutional sector. Prior to joining Colliers Project Leaders, she served as Vice President of Business Development & Strategy at LiRo-Hill, where she successfully managed complex capital projects and led strategic growth initiatives.
In her role, Vivian will oversee project management operations while strengthening the firm’s capabilities in institutional markets including education, government, healthcare, and mixed-use developments. Her strategic approach to connecting high-level planning with tactical execution will be instrumental in driving project excellence across the Boston market, while her proven expertise in navigating funding, permitting, and stakeholder engagement will help mitigate risk and maximize value for clients.
