Providing a comprehensive logistic center hub for corporations in Glendale, AZ.
This 1,900-acre rail-served logistics center is a pivotal hub for corporations such as Mark Anthony Brewing, Nestle, and Red Bull/Rauch/Ball (RRB). To date, approximately 4 million square feet of industrial buildings on over 800 acres have been designed and completed, making it a significant development in the region.
Our firm provided extensive Project Management on behalf of the Owner for this project; beginning with initiating dry utility plans, pulling City and County permits, and obtaining Certificates of Convenience and Necessity (CC&N) for water and sewer service providers. Key infrastructure developments include the construction of a 6-mile offsite sewer trunk main and a 2.25-mile offsite water main extension. Additionally, 2.25 miles of rail and turnout yard were constructed to facilitate logistics operations, along with improvements to 4.75 miles of arterial streets and 2 miles of industrial collector streets. Our team also delivered a comprehensive package to support the center’s water needs.
Colliers Engineering & Design completed the offsite improvements necessary for issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy for the facilities within the logistics center; consisting of Rauch, Red Bull, Ball, Mark Anthony Brewing, Merit Partners and Ryan Companies, and Nestle.
