To support the large portfolio of projects under the hospital’s Capital Program, our team provides project management services, overseeing and representing the hospital’s best interests. Completed projects include the Stem Cell Research renovation, Cat-Scan and MRI-suite renovation, the Breast Health Centre, Gamma Pod system delivery, and general repairs. Our team provides project plans, including schedule, budget, and defined scope; procurement and management of design teams and contractors; value engineering; change management support; and full financial reporting and cost control.
