Trusted excellence.

Colliers Project Leaders was engaged to provide project management services for the Leola and Amos Hostetter Arts Center a New 30,000 square foot building that provides spaces for visual and performing arts including a fine arts studio and gallery space. The band and chorus rehearsal spaces were designed with complete sound isolation systems in the walls, ceilings, and HVAC systems. The 250-seat theatre has rigging and lighting capabilities to support major student productions.

We served as the owner’s project manager providing comprehensive project management and commissioning services. In this capacity, Colliers was directly responsible for the project planning, budgeting, construction oversight, commissioning, move coordination, and closeout of the project.

In addition, we provided the Pingry School with a facilities conditions assessment to determine the school’s exposures related to deferred maintenance and the modernization of its existing buildings and grounds, utility infrastructure improvements, and initiatives identified. Since then, we have provided project management services for the New Middle School and the Short Hills Lower School Phase I and Phase II Projects.
