Colliers Project Leaders was engaged to provide project management and development services during Sotheby’s 400,000-square-foot phased renovation project. The project included the renovation of 240,000 square feet above the existing auction house, as well as 160,000 square feet of renovation within the existing auction house.

The project was completed in two phases with the owner occupying and conducting business within the building throughout the entire construction process.
