Six Senses Spa at Al Bustan Palace Hotel

A luxury spa in a 5-star hotel.

The project involved the construction of a large spa and leisure facility within the grounds of the 5-star hotel. The completed facility includes a swimming pool, sauna, steam rooms, gym facilities, therapy rooms, juice bar, library, and sound pods. We were commissioned by the MOT to undertake project management services. Additionally, our team acted as the Engineer for the Contract Administration for the delivery of the project. The project offered challenges from development, design, and construction perspectives. The successful delivery of the main construction works also led to our appointment to undertake the Project Management and Engineering duties for the Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment contract.
