Our team is providing project management support services to assist PSPC with the management of the multi-year rehabilitation program of the canal system. Design and construction work is underway for various dams, locks, lifts, and other supporting facilities along the canal system. Our team assists with program/project management, contract administration and site reviews for the project. Our team is fully versed in the federal government’s National Project Management System. Working under an Accelerated Infrastructure Program, timing is key—projects must be tendered and awarded during the summer to ensure work can begin during the shutdown period of October to May. Maximizing opportunities during this short timeframe ensures the project will meet the deadline.
