Our team provided full project management services for the new facility. The Centre includes several sustainable elements but required extensive site improvements to respond to current energy and site-planning issues. Market conditions at the time of construction indicated unusually high price increases for construction materials. We were able to mitigate the price increases through extensive planning and the use of our extensive resources. Regular reviews at project increments allowed our team to implement necessary adjustments. With external challenges at play, our team was able to complete the project within the original budget.
