$100 Million renovation of historic Providence, RI hotel.
On behalf of the property’s asset manager, JP Morgan Asset Management, Colliers Project Leaders was engaged to provide representation and technical review of the $100 Million renovation of the Renaissance Providence Hotel. The renovation of this landmark hotel included full restoration of the building’s historic façades while transforming the interior spaces with modern elegance and technology.
We provided construction quality control inspections, assisted in the functional performance testing, and facilitated the correction of deficiencies with the facility’s heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
