Promoting wellness through innovative construction.

Colliers is providing project management services for the Patrick F. Cadigan ’52 Family Foundation Wellness Complex at Boston College High School. The project includes the construction of a new Wellness Center, Natatorium, and East Entry Pavilion, as well as the renovation of existing Locker Rooms and Athletic Spine.

The Wellness Center will feature a climbing wall, studio, offices, storage, and areas for cardio, spin, stretching, and weights. The Natatorium will feature an 8-lane pool with viewing stands, locker rooms, coaches rooms, storage, and a wet classroom.

Colliers is providing project management services through the programming and design, bidding, construction and closeout phases. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attend weekly programming and design review meetings and maintain a risk/exposure log
  • Coordinate an active value engineering effort to maintain budget
  • Develop a project schedule in coordination with the CM’s critical path schedule
  • Review the installation of construction while on site for quality purposes
  • Coordinate the services of Owner related consultants
  • Manage the FF&E material delivery and installation process
  • Coordinate with the construction team on commissioning, start-up, and training
