Upgrading community space for Rocky Hill residents.

Colliers Project Leaders provided project management services during the renovation of Rocky Hill’s Senior/Community Center in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. The $10.5 Million project included a renovation of approximately 15,600 gsf of existing space in the Town Hall and construction of a 9,650 gsf addition to the Town Hall building with a dedicated entrance for the new Senior/Community Center.

The new combined center includes several multi-purpose rooms, administrative spaces, a game room, and a café area with a kitchen for social gatherings, as well as a room for a nurse to perform blood pressure screenings and hearing tests.

Colliers Project Leaders provided project management support services for Architect Selection during both the concept and final design stages, as well as project management services for the late design and bidding, construction, and closeout phases of the successful project.
