Our equipment planning team is acting as the Medical Equipment Advisor on the Project Team. Our team meets with user groups, Authority staff and project management office, advisors, and Partnerships BC staff to understand the medical equipment needs. Working with the Authority’s team, we developed an integrated and aligned FF&E list to address the new acute care functional program. We are providing leadership and guidance on the FF&E scope throughout three phases of the project: business plan, procurement, and implementation.
