Admissions building addition & renovation project.
Colliers Project Leaders International was retained by McLean Hospital as the overall project manager for the design, bidding, construction, and close-out of its addition/renovation project to the main campus’ Admissions Building.
The “addition” portion of the project included the construction of a new wing in the Admissions Building to house 41 newly created patient beds. The “renovation” portion of the project addressed a meaningful amount of deferred maintenance throughout the building; a not uncommon situation for many hospitals.
We completed the project on time and on budget. The project began in fall 2014 and work was completed by the end of 2015.
