Jumeirah Luxury Living is a joint venture between Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE) and Luxury Living Investments. The new contemporary residential community will be home to 291 two to five-bedroom townhouses and villas.
The G+2 townhouses are built in small clusters with contemporary and energy efficient design. The latest water consumption technology will reduce operational costs and additional measures will be implemented to reduce pollution and enhance indoor air quality.
Colliers Project Leaders is leading Phase 1 of the townhouse project and was engaged to bring the project back on track for handover by December 2020. Our team implemented several actions to facilitate decision making and accelerate the project, including:
- Directly managing the infrastructure package and meeting with authorities
- Creating a steering meeting forum to streamline the owner’s decision-making
- Implementing a detailed follow-up of the procurement schedule
- Recommending a new phased approach for handing over the units.
