Jumeirah Beach Hotel – Talise Fitness Center

The Talise brand offers an elevated wellness lifestyle for its customers. The Talise Fitness Center was originally in a standalone building adjacent to the main building of the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Dubai Holding decided to integrate the Fitness Center into the existing Jumeirah Beach Hotel whilst maintaining the same high level of services offered through the existing facility. Colliers Project Leaders was appointed as client representatives and, with our expertise in programme management and stakeholder management, we facilitated the project execution and ensured the facilities were designed, procured and built to the client’s expectations. The project had multiple contractors working simultaneously to deliver the facility, and our team was responsible for managing the interface amongst these contractors.
