Hommage Hotel and Apartments

Featuring rooms that are only a few steps from “The Walk,” one of Dubai’s most famous streets on the Jumeirah Beach Resort’s tourist promenade, Hommage will offer a unique holiday experience to guests. The project objective is to convert 25 existing retail units spread over 7,000 m² GFA into hotel rooms, apartments, and an all-day dining outlet. Given the challenging timeframe, the client has agreed that the delivery strategy will be a design & build approach. Colliers Project Leaders has been hired as the owner’s project manager and our role encompasses design management, contract management, cost management, stakeholder management, construction management, risk management, plus liaison with the property managers and local authorities.
