As part of an on-call contract with the Town of Queen Creek, we provided full construction management services for the Church Farms East Water Storage Tank and Booster Pump Station project. The work included constructing a partially buried 3.0-million-gallon concrete storage tank and installing a 4,000 GPM vertical turbine booster pump station, equipped with advanced electrical controls and systems to ensure reliable and efficient operation.

- Submittal/RFI/Field Directive review and response
- Conduct weekly Progress Meetings between client/contractor/water city
- Field observations and weekly reporting
- Special Inspections to satisfy City Building Permit requirements
- Maintain Project Schedule, with monthly reviews to Client
- Project accounting and invoice approvals
- Change Order Review and Negotiation
- Final letters of acceptance and conveyance to the City
