Our team is leading the project management for this multi-phased plan. During phase one we assisted with the preparation of the Stage 1 Capital Project application for funding. We have played a key part in expediting the start of the housing construction. Although Stage 1 had only been approved, our team made a recommendation of maximum purchase price for site services and the building envelope to the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Together, we assured the Ministry that the clinic fit-up and renovations would begin after Stages 2-4 of the planning approval process.
