A collaborative team effort.
Colliers Project Leaders was hired as project manager for the corporate headquarters relocation for BR+A Consulting Engineers to the fourth floor of 10 Guest Street in Boston, MA.
The Colliers brokerage team helped the client secure the new space and then the project management team managed the relocation and fit out.
The client was not only the Owner but also a project team member, providing the engineering services, and was instrumental during the collaboration for solutions to project challenges.
The project was ultimately a success, delivered on time and within budget with a satisfied client.
