Redefining a popular five-star all-day-dining restaurant in Dubai.

The Jumeirah Group has selected Colliers Project Leaders to manage the refurbishment of the Arboretum and to update equipment, HVAC, ventilation and finishes in the main kitchen. The upgrades are intended to give the world-class dining facilities a new appeal to both hotel guests and visitors. Our team led several workshops with the consultants, F&B managers, chefs, hotel general manager and engineering team, to develop the project brief, validate the brief against the set budget, create the project roadmap including the procurement strategy. We developed a workable programme, as well as stakeholder, communication, and risk management plans.
