Our team provided oversight during the planning phase, from schematic design through construction, to commissioning and occupancy. The Project Manager created a Master Project Schedule using the three-phase approval process established by the province. With the Master Project Schedule approved, we were able to develop the required RFPs to procure the services of a Prime Design Consultant, a Quantity Surveyor, and an Independent Commissioning Agent. Our team created a communications plan to provide key stakeholders and newcomers to the project with a clear understanding of the project objectives and processes.
