Demolishing to make way for Robert A.M. Stern design.
Colliers Project Leaders was engaged to provide project management services during the demolition of the existing building to make way for the construction of a new 194,000 square foot high end residential condominium designed by Robert A.M. Stern.
This new building consists of approximately 43 residential units in a classic brick/limestone facade. Construction began in the fall of 2014 and was completed in 2016.
