Creating an expansive, Class A office space for Global Relay.

Colliers Project Leaders provided project management services to lead the fit-out of a multi-floor, Class A office workplace on floors 38-42. Global Relay is a global technology firm with a focus on financial clientele.

The office space had a significant number of special-use areas including a 200+ person auditorium with graduated floors and ceilings with broadcasting capabilities. There was customer-facing conferencing and a multi-function meeting floor including a boardroom and sit-down dining and lounge area serviced by a full commercial kitchen. The customer-facing dining facility was adjacent to a wrap-around terrace with 360˚ views from the 42nd floor. The facility also contained general office areas, a staff café and lounge, floor-by-floor multi-beverage pantries and more.

Colliers Project Leaders provided the following services:

  • Develop the overall project budget and ongoing cost management for the project
  • Arrange the onboarding of an architectural and engineering team to complete the design and support the lease transaction
  • Manage schedule for the entire team focusing on key milestones and the ongoing engagement of the US team with the UK design teams
  • Coordinate the incorporation of the low voltage components including broadcasting, IT, AV, security as well as signage, branding, FF&E, and landscaping
