Meet the Team: Nick Rounick, PE — Project Manager

Nick Rounick has been with Colliers Project Leaders since the beginning of his career, over six years with the firm. He has grown alongside the Arizona practice, developing an expertise centered on water and wastewater infrastructure: water campuses, lift stations, linear pipelines and the complex right-of-way coordination that comes with all of it.
His portfolio includes significant water infrastructure work across the Phoenix metro area. He managed the Harvest Storage Tank and Pump Station in Queen Creek, providing engineer-of-record services including submittal, RFI review and coordinating the Town’s Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 contract oversight.
His work on the Warner Gateway 202 Offsite Improvements in Mesa rounded out his experience with roadway and civil infrastructure, covering everything from preliminary cost estimates and bid documents through final letters of acceptance.
Nick’s value to Arizona owners is the perfect combination, engineering credentials, field experience on complex infrastructure and fluency in both Design-Bid-Build and CMAR delivery methods. For owners trying to build in a market where water infrastructure is the constraint, that’s a consequential profile.
