TAMPA, FL – August 17, 2023 – Colliers Project Leaders USA, a division of Colliers Engineering & Design, is pleased to announce that Ken Guyette, Geographic Discipline Leader, Project Management Services, has relocated from the New England region to the Tampa, Florida office to expand a project management service line in Central and Northern Florida.
Colliers Project Leaders acts as the owner’s representative for building construction projects and provides planning and advisory services, project and program management, development management, and commissioning and energy services.
“Ken’s efforts have been pivotal in growing our New England footprint and building lasting relationships with a variety of clients throughout the region,” shared Joe Naughton, Regional Discipline Leader, Project Management. “We are looking forward to similar success as he grows our presence in Florida.”
As Geographic Discipline Leader for Colliers Project Leaders, Mr. Guyette is responsible for ensuring satisfactory project completion with an emphasis upon planning, master scheduling, quality assurance, and coordination between the project team’s various disciplines and the project owner. Mr. Guyette looks to bring these same essential services to the Florida region through core market sectors and building lasting relationships.
Mr. Guyette has more than 25 years of experience within the design and construction industry having served in a variety of capacities including project manager, designer, builder, and owner.
