To our valued Clients, Colleagues, and Partners:

We are all aware of the rapidly evolving nature of COVID-19 and the challenging situation that has been created across our communities and the world. Colliers Project Leaders is actively monitoring developments and following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and local, state, and federal governments.

We’ve been guiding clients through the planning, design, construction, and commissioning of building projects for more than 25 years. Planning for risks and executing strategies to deal with them is what we do. That’s why, after careful evaluation, we are encouraging all employees to work remotely for as long as needed to help prevent the spread of the virus.

Our employees are familiar and equipped with the necessary technology to work safely at home or at client sites, so we remain fully operational and committed to supporting and addressing the needs of our clients as events unfold.

Protecting the health of our employees, their families, and the more vulnerable members of our community remains our top priority. Colliers is closely monitoring new information from the CDC and WHO regarding the situation and will continue to communicate updates as needed.

We hope this information is helpful as we collectively navigate this challenging time. Please stay healthy and know that we are here to help in any way needed in the coming weeks.

Sincerely,

Jon Winikur
