Matthew brings more than 23 years of distinguished leadership in capital project delivery, infrastructure operations, and complex construction programs within regulated and mission-critical environments.

Throughout his career, Matthew has demonstrated proven success in aligning capital projects with business strategy, optimizing financial performance, and scaling high-performing teams. His executive core competencies span capital project delivery, construction operations, lifecycle program delivery, strategic planning and execution, P&L ownership, financial oversight, risk management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
