Colliers Project Leaders USA, a division of Colliers Engineering & Design, is pleased to welcome Joshua Falch as Department Manager within our Project Management group, in the firm’s Phoenix, Arizona office. With more than 14 years of experience leading enterprise workplace strategy, portfolio optimization, design, construction and capital investment programs for Fortune 500 and high-growth organizations, Josh brings deep strategic vertical expertise to the Arizona team.

Josh holds a Master of Architecture from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Colorado. Throughout his career, he has delivered multimillion-dollar capital projects, guided global workplace transformations, and aligned real estate initiatives with long-term business objectives, and operational efficiency. His background includes senior real estate and construction leadership roles with Silicon Valley Bank, EMG, and Verizon, where he managed national retail build programs, led large cross-functional teams, and delivered complex capital projects across the U.S. and Canada.
“My background across the full project lifecycle gives me a deep, practical understanding of what makes vertical developments succeed. I’m bringing that expertise, along with industry relationships and passion for exceptional project execution to the Colliers Project Leaders team,” said Falch.
