In one of the most dynamic construction markets in the Southeast, Colliers Project Leaders is establishing a strong and growing presence in the Carolinas. The firm leverages expertise in construction project management, as the owner’s representative, working as a true extension of their staff through every phase of a capital project — from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and occupancy.
Leading the regional charge is Matthew Cyr, Geographic Discipline Leader for Project Management. Matthew brings more than 23 years of distinguished experience in capital project delivery, infrastructure operations, and complex construction programs within regulated and mission-critical environments. A hands-on leader and trusted owner’s advocate, Matthew has built the North Carolina team around a straightforward principle: clients deserve consistent, expert representation from concept through closeout.
Behind that commitment is a team worth knowing. In the weeks ahead, we’ll be introducing the specialists who make it happen — including Jeffrey Swan, a Senior Project Manager driving exceptional outcomes on the ground in the Carolinas, Sarah Maston, PE, BCxP, LEED AP, a globally recognized commissioning leader bringing 25+ years of mechanical engineering expertise to the region’s most complex building systems challenges, and Anthony DiLuzio, the firm’s foremost authority in public safety facilities, now expanding his acclaimed practice into North Carolina. Together, they reflect the depth and diversity that define how Colliers Project Leaders approaches every project.
