Matthew brings more than 23 years of distinguished experience in capital project delivery, infrastructure operations, and complex construction programs within regulated and mission-critical environments. A hands-on leader and trusted owner’s advocate, Matthew has built the North Carolina team around a straightforward principle: clients deserve consistent, expert representation from concept through closeout.
