    Executive Managing Director

    Jon has a unique background in project management cultivated over his 30 years of industry experience. He was the co-founder of Strategic Building Solutions (SBS), an industry leader in project management in the Northeast for two decades. He joined Colliers through the acquisition of SBS and has spearheaded the growth of Colliers Project Leaders USA in key markets from Boston and New York to Washington, D.C.

    Managing Director, Northeast

    Marc leads overall service delivery, quality control, and management for building projects throughout the Northeast. He has more than 25 years of experience providing project management services within the construction and renovation industry. As one of Colliers’ LEED Accredited Professionals, Marc supports LEED projects bringing a sustainable approach to the construction process.

    Senior Director, Commissioning & Energy Services

    Evan leads Colliers’ Commissioning & Energy Services team of experienced engineers and commissioning specialists. He is a Professional Engineer with more than 25 years of experience in commissioning and energy management services. Evan is an active member of the commissioning industry and currently serves on the Building Commissioning Certification Board.

    Managing Director, New York

    As managing director in our New York office, Warren oversees ground-up and complex renovation projects in one of the most challenging construction markets in the world. Warren takes a hands-on role in ensuring the quality of services at every project phase, from due diligence through pre-construction and construction to close-out. Warren joined the Colliers team as part of the acquisition of Gorton & Partners in 2016.

    Dan has over 30 years of development and consulting experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has extensive experience in the areas of master planning, entitlement, and land development. At our Boston office, he has overseen the planning, design, and construction of over 10 million square feet of office, higher education, data center, healthcare, and life science space.
