Meet Jeffrey Swan, Senior Project Manager at Colliers Project Leaders. Jeff serves as a key member of the regional team supporting the Carolinas and surrounding markets. He brings over two decades of experience, along with a broader career spanning field operations, land management, and project oversight across multiple industries. His hands-on background — from fiber optic buildouts and casino renovations to large-scale institutional construction — gives him a well-rounded perspective that he applies daily to protecting client budgets, managing risk, and guiding design teams toward practical, buildable solutions. Currently, Jeff is leading project management services for Asheville School’s — preparatory boarding and day school—new 26,500 SF Student Union in Asheville, NC, where his proximity to the site and proactive engagement have already helped reduce the construction cost by 25% through thoughtful scope restructuring.
What sets Jeff’s expertise apart is his ability to translate complex construction challenges into clear, actionable guidance for owners — something he describes as the heart of great owner’s representation. “It’s not our job to design things,” Jeff explains, “but we do a lot of guiding people to the right answers so that they can design something that meets the owner’s budget.” Backed by Colliers Project Leaders’ diverse team of mechanical, electrical, civil, and architectural specialists, Jeff draws on a deep internal network to deliver well-rounded counsel on every project.
